As Goldwyn looked around, he considered calling a teammate to open the door for him. But he found a savior for his dilemma, or at least a stranger who was interested in his dilemma. He hopped this stranger wouldn’t ask many questions. He looked at the angular young woman and tried to straighten himself up with little success. He was very sweaty for some reason.

“Oh- Uh- Hi.” Goldwyn tried to be casual, but his throat was dry and his voice cracked.

“I’m ok, kinda.” His eyes shifted from the puddle to her as he shifted away from the puddle.

“I need some help.” He said in a serious tone making eye contact with her. “I dropped my keys.”

“In there.” He pointed a pristine white-gloved hand to the puddle not too far from himself.

“And I can’t get it because, um… because of...” He looks down at his hands and fidgets.

“Of a ‘quirk’ I have with dirt.” His cheeks started to flair with embarrassed.

“I hate that I have to ask for help, but the alternative would make me hurl, then shower for a week.” He admitted as he pushed a gloved hand through his hair.

“Can you, get them for me?” He begged with both hands clasped together, leaning toward the young woman at a respectful distance away.

The sun had just started to peek out from behind the clouds. It was midday and classes just ended for Beacon students. The rainstorm that had been pouring down during the day had just ended about five minutes ago and the air was fresh. The filth that was clinging to the outside walls and gutters has been washed away into the streams and rivers and eventually over the cliff and into the ocean.

As students worked their ways around the campus to do their activities, Goldwyn found himself heading to his room to change out of his form-fitting uniform and into something looser. He really wanted to let his hair down in the privacy of his room and take a hot shower. Of course, he would have to finish his essay on… what was it again? Some type of big sea grim? The well-organized student reached into his pocket and pulled out a notepad with a list of assignments he needed to do.

As he pulled, the notepad came out and so did his room keys. Goldwyn felt his room keys fall out of his pocket and attempted to catch them with the notepad hand. But only succeeded in batting the keys away from the sidewalk and into a puddle in the muddy grass.

Goldwyn walked over to the edge of the sidewalk where the puddle and muddy grass met. He bent over and looked into the water. The keys had sunk to the bottom of the puddle and mingled with the mud. He looked so downtrodden. Goldwyn reached out a gloved hand that almost touched the puddle, then quickly yanked it back like it was fire.

He stood up and looked around for someone to help.

Billy quickly walked a aways from the breakfast restaurant with her tail down and her arms and hand tucked into a worried figity ball in front  her mouth. She stopped and turned around to looked over the group. Smokey was beyond grumpy so now would be a bad time to talk. Serin was just as embarrassed as Billy was uncomfortable and jumpy. Then there was Mikado holding her bag. Billy smiled at him and told him thank you as she took it from his hands and held it in front of her.

“Guys,” She said addressing everyone. “I’m sorry I snapped.” She looked at Smokey “Smokey I’m very sorry I snapped at you. I…” She pulled her bag quickly up to her face and yelled into it so it was muffled and hard to hear. “I LIKE YOU A LOT AND THINK WE CAN BE A COUPLE.”
She pulled her face away from the bag and sighed. “Well, getting that off my chest was a relief. Anyone else want to yell something into the bag?” She asked as she offered the bag to her friends.

Billy walked back into the restaurant getting her wallet ready to pay for her meal and then some. As she made her way to the manager to, she bumped into Smokey staring down the other customer. Being that she was outside this whole time and didn’t know what exactly was happening. Billy innocently said a quiet, “Sorry,” to Smokey before reaching around him and passing the lien to the manager. After the money made it into the manager’s hand, she looked down at Smokey and noticed all the food on him.

“Uh, you got a little something right there.” She said gesturing to his chest. She then noticed the rage about to boil over in Smokey’s overall stance. “Nevermind, we’ll get it later. Let’s go.” She said as she grabbed Smokey’s arm and pulled. She knew she was going to get yelled at, but she didn’t want to get yelled at there. She’d prefer getting yelled at in the privacy of her own dorm. Or at least outside.

“It all started at the dang beginning of the 2v2 of the vital tournament.” She started in a distressed tone. “He said I was his favorite, then I kinda flirtily said, ‘I won't tell’ then I started getting these feelings. But then the whole 2v2 happened, and I got mad that the feelings didn’t go away. So I took it out on him and now I’m just an idiot…”

It was at this moment she noticed what made Serin so distracted. She looked inside the window to where he was looking and saw the table flipped over and food everywhere. Serin’s hands were in his hands, Smokey looked very angry, and Mikado… he was oddly calm? Maybe he was fine, she couldn’t tell.

“Uh Serin… What happened? Should we go?”

It was early in the afternoon when the bullhead of new students landed on the tarmac. The rain had just stopped falling on Beacon Academy. Only sprinkles of water were left dripping off the leaves of trees and off the ledges of buildings. Among the crowd of people who wanted to be the first to walk off the bullhead was a tall young man in a loose flowing blue jacket. His long golden hair was pulled into a neat bun on the top of his head as to keep from frizzing in the rain.

Attom walked with the front of the crowd with one earbud in for music, one hand on Merlin(weapon), and another hand looking like he’s conducting a hip-hop orchestral piece right in front of his chest. He mutters a few lyrics to the music in his ear as he comes to a stop in front of the baggage claim area, where he waits for his bag to get tossed out with the rest. Some lyrics can be heard mumbled are, “Homegirl drop it like the nasdaq,” “Lookin' for Earl like toe jam. I made the beat mhrmrm so I'm callin' it a slow jam,” “I put in work, ask Ludwig. Put my soul on the track like shoes did,” Etc.

As the baggage workers pulled more bags out from the bullhead and people started to swarm them, a dark blue bag on wheels was pushed slowly back away from the pile. Attom, noticing his wheeled bag coincidently coming toward him, however slowly, thought it would be nice to bypass the crowd and all the touching. So, with a wave of his hand, a golden glyph appeared under the slowly rolling bag for only a moment or two. The bag itself when rolling over the glyph then started to speed towards him. He smirked when he stopped the bag with his foot and glanced around to see if anyone saw that.

Mr.Emberstone had Billy’s eyes sparkling at the words “lever-action” and drooling at the demonstration of the weapons functions. All this talk of guns had her almost hopping up and down in place with excitement.

“I have a lever-action too!”  She spat out almost as soon as he was done with his demonstration. She un-slung her weapon from her back and laid it on the counter.

“Good ol’ Longarm here has ice and fire dust functions, along with the ability to turn into a hammer. She boasted. I made her myself… mostly… Well I made the hammer modifications myself. I don’t know how to do the dust modifications.”  She told him.

Apart from the hammer modifications, the rifle looked like a hand me down from about a decade ago that seemed a little worse for wear. Not that it was rusted or anything, that the dust firing mechanisms weren’t up to date with new safety standards. But the proud look on Billy’s face made it known that she had no idea about the dust safety standards.

I used color=white in the hex code.

Hmm... for a meeting post we could have our characters meeting in the garden of the school looking at each other's weapons or something like that? Maybe someone is showing off? *cough cough* It's Attom.

Looks like CAST is the winner!

Is there anything else we need to sort out?

I vote for Camelia to be the leader since she has more experience in character and is nicer than Tieren.

I also put our characters initials in the team generator and here are some of my favorites I found:

BATS (Black), ACTS (Red curtain color), BAST (Blast explosion color so orangy?), CAST (White), CASA (Red but I think someone is already using this), CABG (cabbage green), STAB (Red), SASA (Salsa red).

Rewrote Attom's personality:

Personality:Attom has high hopes to become a good hunter and give back to the community that gave to him his start in hunting. His goal is for his home to become one of the next safe zone areas of Vale.

Attom may look very angular and standoffish, but he is really nice. He is very compassionate to others misery since he knows pain all too well. Because of his pain, he likes to take any chance he can get to celebrate, or party. In that way he is gregarious. As a little game he plays with friends, Attom tends to borrow things a lot and give them back at inopportune times or ways.

Being stuck at home you kind of pick up a few weird habits and fears as in: like not liking dirt at all, fear of death by uncontrolled electrical currents. He copes with this by being well neat and tidy, and explicitly showing others his boundaries like little to no hugs and chest contact. He tries to not to be scared when he has to fight others with electric weapons or ammo, but he tends to get very overprotective of his chest. He refuses to acknowledge any fears he has and writes them off as “Quirks”.

Billy jumped when the Serin clone appeared in front of her as she made her way to the exit, and listened to what the pair of them had to say. She found that it was strange that he sent out a clone to fetch her even though he didn’t get up from the table. Then again, she did leave in a hurry.

“It’s not really about that.” she wofully admitted. “It’s really about… wait.” She grabbed the Serin clone and pulled it just outside the exit of Georges Breakfast Paloza and away from prying ears and stares. “Can you keep a secret?” She asked almost pleadingly.

She took a deep breath and told him her secret any ways. “I think I have a major crush on Smokey and I don’t think he even likes me back, and this happens with all my crushes, or the relationship goes bad within the week and I don’t want to screw it up but I think I already did and I don’t know what to do...”
