Okay, so I thought it would be finally time to find a team for Mikado.
Well, about him: He has a quiet and kinda cold personality. He doesn’t care about making friends or not and actually only spends time with his dragon. He often ignores people and walks away when he thinks it's going to get boring. so... yeah... He kinda is a loner, but he still needs a team.

Fine by me. All there personalities sure are going to make some interesting stories.
I'm just going to mark this topic as 'full' , I don't think it will take too long for Money's character to me accapted.

I don't understand what you're going for with that. Some foreign word?
I'm trying to work with first names but it's not really working out for me. Best I came up with was team "BSJM" (BassJam?) but that's kind of a stretch and also not a color.
If I factor in last names I'm left with more non-color names, like "SSMB" (Samba) and SSBM (Super Smash Brothers Melee).
One legitimate possibility is "BADJ" (Badge) with some copper or gold color.

Ooh! I like BADJ and SSMB. For SSMB I think of bright colors like reds, yellows, and oranges. Sooooo that's an option.

Now, DEX, were you planning to lead your own team, or should we pick a leader now? If we're picking our leader, I'm gonna go ahead and nominate Jacob, actually. He's got the smarts and the devotion to his team to make a good leader, and his potential anger issues could make for an interesting arc.

Alright, so that just leaves one last thing:
What do we want to do for initiation?

hm.. how about we do an alternative version from the show.
They got thrown of a cliff into the emerald forest. Let's say the beacon professors dropped every student off another part of forever fall and there they have to make their way to caves or something. The first two persons arriving are automatically a team. The teams of two than have to make there way to a special point of forever fall and there they than get into teams of four.
This could give everyone the chance to write about their character being alone for a few post's first befor teaming up
We also can put a few grimms here and there, would be weird if forever fall hadn’t any

How about this: The student body this year is large enough that Beacon simply could not accommodate all students in the first wave of initiations. That's why they're holding this special secondary event for the remaining students at an alternate location. I could have Crystal give the little introduction and then send us out on our own, separating us in the process. Maybe give some clue about what we're trying to find, how to locate it, and where to take it.
So, sort of a mix between the "traditional" initiation and the "special mission" initiation.

So for the "special" initiation, it would be just them or less students?

I'm content doing it either way, but my assumption was that if it's an "initiation" and not a "first mission" it would involve multiple teams' worth of students.
Of course, in the end it's going to be our team that meets up.

I'm down for the small initiation thing. Are we going to say who we are going to pair off with now or just let the chips fall where they land?

Well, there's only one fair way to do this.
Rolling a four-sided die. 1, I'm with Mikado. 2, I'm with Serin. 3, I'm with Billy. 4, I pick.
...
...2! So if we go with the dice-roll pairings, those would be Jacob-Serin and Mikado-Billy!
Of course, the alternative would just be to start initiation as soon as Billy is approved and see what happens. ^^;

I'm fine with both. The sooner we start the rpg the better, I'm just waaaay too excited to see how this will turn out ^^

Crystal will come in soon to explain what's going on in more detail as well as kick off the initiation proper, but I figure I should explain why I didn't just start with that.
Frequently with new teams, I'll have a thread before even the initiation where we can establish our characters' personalities in practice and have our characters meet for the first time before they know they'll be on a team. This helps play the character later, as often what we have in mind for a character is better defined than what we wrote in our profile.
However, this time, instead of doing a full thread like that, I've decided to delegate the time on the airship for this kind of interaction.
