I'm gonna go with Nathan on this one to literally nobody's surprise. He's still my most fleshed out character and hasn't ever been (iirc) involved in any plot that made it into changes on the sheet, so he'd be pretty much good to go as-is.
As far as combat is concerned, he's more of a jack--of-all-trades than anything else, though he's inexperienced in extremely close CQC (think grapple mechanics) and has very minimal long-range potential. Depressingly well-rounded, mixes power, mobility and slight resilience.
Personality-wise, he is the most boring man in the world and decidedly asocial (to be clear, that means he is not one to go towards others first or feel the need to go towards others in basically all cases, but isn't adverse to social interaction at all). Shit at non-verbal/non-written communication. If an overcast sky could take on human form this'd be it.

Anna's face lit brightly at Setsuna's latest remark, eyes focused on a point about 3 meters behind his head, with a few centimetres to the left. "You're very welcome, Set."

Anna was utterly calm and composed while she waited for Setsuna's perception of herself (albeit, there was a hint of expectation). The wait was definitely worth it. Although being compared to an animal led to an internal eyebrow raise (her parents do sometimes refer to her as a fox), the rest of her leader's description warmed her heart - something which directly translated to her face.

"...Thanks, Setsuna. That means a lot to me."

Anna's face returned to a more serious one, brow ever so slightly furrowed as she organized her memories and thoughts into coherent sentences. Slowly, she began speaking: "...I... think you mostly just, attempt to do your best to ensure our safety. You tend to be very by-the-book, in many ways, but after setting a goal for either yourself, one of us or the entire team, you use all the tools at your disposal to get us through it safely while, if possible, accomplishing our goal. Though I will say you don't seem to hold your own safety nearly as high in your list of priorities. You also tend to panic a lot when you can't be sure we'll be safe in a situation you've never dealt with before. Other than that, not as a leader but as an individual, you strive to do your very best and better yourself constantly, sometimes blaming yourself if you don't live up to your own expectations. Otherwise... you're just a nice guy? Yeah, that's basically it."

Anna paused for several seconds, chin in her right hand, as she went over her spiel again in her mind. Satisfied with what she'd answered, the furrow in her brow faded completely from view before her eyes accidentally locked with Setsuna's again, unbeknownst to her. Partly because she was curious and partly to keep him from dwelling on negative thoughts but immediately taking everything in, she asked her leader "Now do me!"

As Setsuna spoke up again, Anna's head pivoted towards him slightly, accompanied by a flash of her semblance to ascertain more precisely his current emotional state. She patiently waited for him to continue and completely express his thoughts before responding.

"Not that badly for Calen, but it's just sort of how he is. He'll keep trying to tear a hole in your side by jabbing you repeatedly with what he sees as a weakness because he's kind of mean. You just have to ignore him when he does that. If he disobeys orders, though, you'll be able to berate him as to how dangerous it was or something, so it works both ways really. As for Teddy... Yeah, probably. He got through it and lessons were learned, so he probably wouldn't feel any need to dwell on it."

After a brief pause, she precipitously added "But I'm no psychologist! It's just what I understand of them after these few months. I'm far from having the behavioural patterns of anyone on this team pegged down to a t!", she finished, a happy smile lighting up her face.

As Setsuna leaned into the hug, Anna made her grip just a bit more firm - give a real good hug and all. Needless to say, she was quite relieved she'd manage to get through to him. This wasn't a situation she'd ever found herself in before and was quite happy with the outcome. Somewhat surprised, as well - she'd never thought she had any kind of oratory gift, much less counselling expertise, under her belt.

Setsuna then loosened his embrace, signalling the end of the hug. Anna let go as well, a warm smile over her features, her eyes now unfocused and aimed down again. "You're very welcome, Setsuna. Always a pleasure to help a friend in need." Her 'gaze' left Setsuna's direction, drifting slightly to the left from her perspective. She was, at the moment, content with sitting on her leader's bed and waiting for him to tackle another, or the same, subject. Or if he didn't do so, she could still head over to her own bed and start digging through the enormous stack of books on her bedside table.

Upon hearing Setsuna's question, Anna hugged him a little tighter. She felt his head angle upwards, but didn't turn her eyes more than vaguely towards his face, the shock factor of direct eye contact no longer necessary. "Yes, we don't blame you. None of us would've done better in those circumstances. Hey, we barely even handled ourselves!"

As Setsuna's voice became increasingly strained, so did sadness manifest on Anna's face. She didn't like seeing (so to speak) anybody in such a distressed state, much less someone she was close with and alongside hom she had spent several months at this point. She gingerly scooted up towards the head of the bed and softly, lightly (mostly because she was testing the waters and making sure not to stick a thumb in an eye or something) brought her leader into a hug.

In a measured, smooth and barely lilting voice, she said "You can't blame yourself on the basis of hindsight, Setsuna. We're all young and inexperienced, especially in such situations. You were stressed from an extended lapse of time being on a mission, plus a myriad other factors. Not to mention this isn't exactly something we'd been prepared for during classes. You handled it as best as the you of that time could. In the end, we all made it home safe and sound. And maybe they don't show it much, but I'm certain I'm not the only one thankful for that."

"Besides," she continued in a slightly more upbeat tone, "do you think civilization would've made it this far by only ever suceeding? We learn by observing the border between what works and what doesn't, by mapping it out. That's how we can eventually build solidly on success, and remember failures to avoid in the future."

Worry settled on Anna's face. Setsuna definitely was feeling under the weather, and the fact that he, himself, admitted it only clued her in as to just how bad it was. She got up from her bed, crossed the room and slowly, gingerly sat down on her leader's bed, albeit after having pulsed her semblance to be sure to sit down on the bed, not him.

Her face resolutely turned towards the boy's, eyes somehow locked with his despite not using her semblance at all, she said "...Talk to me, Setsuna. What's wrong?"

Or course, she had a shadow of an idea, from her past experiences with him, but it wasn't anything concrete nor did she have any idea about the extent to which it was affecting him.

Of course she had to do this. She was training in Beacon. If she let someone in need, ESPECIALLY someone whom she could sympathize with, to their own devices, what'd be the point of being here?

Stopping along with Noir as he does, Anna is somewhat surprised - though not completely - that he's only picked up the fact that she's also blind now. Man, he must've really been a mess inside a minute back. "Y-yeah. Though I sort of have a ch-cheat with my semblance, but I barely use it m-most of the time. I'm j-just used to this place, really."

Turning around Noir to change his direction, they now faced the library's insides, the large hallway behind their backs. "S-so, this is the entrance. I'm gonna w-walk you through how to get your bearings." With that, she resolutely started her slow, measured walk forwards again, this time heading towards the reception desk. "T-take your time to feel out where you are as we g-go."

Great haul.

These were the only words Anna could think of to describe the pile of books in her arms. Beacon's library had a new arrival not two days ago, and this was her first foray into it, from otherworld novels to encyclopedias on rare Grimm myths. Her movements were slow and measured, owing to the inherent precarity of the literary assembly - she'd also occasionally 'glance' around the pile, since her semblance was blocked by the piles of paper.

Thankfully, she arrived at her team's dorm without incident, apart from a fireball that crossed her path during her transit in the courtyard. A usual Sunday, really.
Crouching, she used her right elbow to turn the doorknob, stepping back into the ajar door to enter.

She was greeted in a somewhat empty tone by her leader, which she answered with a sift "Hi!" as she slowly made her way to her bedside table before depositing her bounty, the furniture visibly straining under the weight.

Her task accomplished, she took the book on top of the stack with some effort (it was a tall stack) before unceremoniously throwing it onto her bed. Sitting down on the side of said bed, she angled her head towards Setsuna and pulsed her semblance, mildly worried about her friend's mental state. "You doing okay?", she asked while moving her copper locks behind her ears.

As Janken got cut off - rather brutally - from explaining details, the keen eye could've observed, for a mere instant, the curious glimmer fade from Nathan's sight. The moment was short, however, and some would've probably pinned the observation onto their imagination.

Still, as short as the answers were, they were indeed answers. Instead of mulling over the unexplained specifics, Nathan concentrated on the ongoing... startup? procedures, albeit clearly suppressing both Aura and awareness when the IV went in. The phantom hand he was distinctly feeling on his forehead after Grace's passage helped in that regard.

When Jane passed afterwards, Nathan rapidly realized that the lack of changing distance as she pulled her hand away, coupled with the lack of proprioception that would indicate he was in the process of standing up, meant his soul was being guided out of its usual dwelling. He quickly got to work on observing his, well, soul - it looked pretty much exactly like the person lying behind him, but blurrier. There was a slight brightness to the surfaces of his astral body, as well, as if they glowed faintly from within. Must've been due to his usually-white Aura colour. As he took... a piece of his soul? off his back, he observed Ergia's misty form, every movement he was making sending ants coursing through nonexistant nerves. He mentally formulated the hypothesis that it was his mind reflexively relaying the complete lack of sensory feedback from his body like this, until it adapted anyway.

He looked up from Ergia's compact form, the experiment's... executors? as they gave further instructions, amongst which Grace did so from within his mind. Felt like having another train of thought running in parallel to the usual conscious one, oddly enough.

He walked towards and into the Room when Jane held its door open, keenly aware that this was, in a way, his first out-of-body experience. He wasn't exactly sure how his semblance would work out, but hopefully Janken would give him no need to test it.

Although he really wanted to test it.

...Okay, good, Noir seemed like he was slowly coalescing into human shape again - so to speak. Anna kept going forwards slowly, flashing her semblance every now and then to avoid collisions, making her way to the reception desk where, of course, nobody was to be found. Anyway, to be sure, she brought the man back to the very entrance so next time he could get his bearings.

"Alright, w-we're back at the entrance. I'm s-slowly gonna take you through this so you c-can do it again yourself in the future, kay?" After a small pause, she resumed the previous, slow and measured walking pace, but this time towards the counter right near the entrance.
